    Great for the laboratories of Research and Development departments

    These standard solid tube furnaces come with a heated chamber that is a 3" ID size and available with three different lengths, 12", 18", and 24". Designed for temperatures up to 1200°C (2192°F) that will produce a uniform heat around the full 360° of the heated chamber, the furnace is insulated for maximum thermal efficiency. The eXPRESS-LINE solid tube furnace has a stainless steel shell and the ability to be set-up in a vertical or a horizontal position.

    1100°C (2012°F) Split Tube Furnaces for Process Tubes up to 1 ¼" Diameter

    The eXPRESS-LINE Protege compact split tube furnace comes with a 2” ID heated chamber that has a 12” heated length in a single zone configuration. The heating element is a Fibercraft™ vacuum formed ceramic fiber heater with embedded resistance wire. Designed for temperatures up to 1100°C (2012°F), this furnace will produce uniform heat around the full 360° of the heated chamber and is insulated for maximum thermal efficiency. The Protege eXPRESS-LINE compact split tube furnace features an integrated single set point controller and circuit breaker.

Moldatherm graduated density insulation, combined with molybdenum disilicide heating elements, provide superior radial and linear temperature uniformity with resistance to thermal shock. The independent digital temperature control (ordered separately) has multiple programmable segments useful for a wide range of applications.

  • Includes: One 3" vestibule set and sleeves included; other size vestibule sets and sleeves may be ordered separately.
